When you need to install a new service, or replace an existing service you have two primary options to do this job. One option would be to have a trench dug up and place the new service {water, electric, or cable, etc} or as a second option you could choose to have this service installed using Horizontal Direction Drilling (HDD). The second option will allow you to run multiple services at the same time if you choose to, this can be done with very little disturbance of your property. This process can run lengths of 50 feet to over several hundred feet with as little as two small ground openings, keeping your land surface undamaged unlike the trenching that would require the land to be disrupted for the entire distance you need to run the new or replacement service.

Horizontal Directional Drilling will also allow you to run these services under driveways, sidewalks, and other paved or concrete space with out the need to dig them up.
